Simple put, I am tired of how often Big Tech companies and scammers regularly target and take advantage of certain generations of the less tech-savvy people around me. And as technology exponentially advances ever onward the cases just seem to increase.
What started as helping family recover from online account hacking soon turned into regularly helping neighbors with anything from setting up security cameras, selecting the cheapest most reliable laptop, getting that old iPod to play on a new computer, to guiding younger clients through their first gaming computer build.
I am a Freelance Film Composer by trade so I make my rate negotiable for all first time and continuing clients, because I want them to know ‘No question or concern is too small to ask me’.
