About The Art Of Eating

I am a Food Coach. I have a unique service wherein I work with individuals, families and corporations in educating them on what healthy eating really is and, how healthy food can still be "gourmet food". Most people are surprised to learn that what they presumed t they were eating was "healthy", just might not be the case. My clients get very excited when they learn with just making simple changes with what they eat, can change their life.at, be eating amazing tasting food.

I will come to your home, review what is in your kitchen, take you to the grocery store and, teach you how to find new and different foods and how to prepare them. You will find that your energy will change, you will lose weight, be more productive with work, exercise and play, your skin and hair will glow and, most importantly, you will see that you don't need to "diet" and it truly is a lifestyle change. No more fad books or new "theorys". If you have children, this is a way to educate them for a life of being aware of how important what you put your body can change their life, one way or the other.

My clients really like the idea of working "side by side" with me rather than reading a book or visiting someone in their office from across a desk. We have alot of fun and, if I am not with you, almost always you have access to me via phone or internet. I look forward to hearing from you.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are not many people who do what I do. There are nutritionists who teach people how to eat and watch calories, however, I take a very different approach. I work specifically with people in their homes, in their kitchen, seeing what they actually eat, suggest the changes by showing them what that is, I work with them in the grocery store while buying food and, I teach them how to cook. I am a "coach" working "with" them.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Seeing people excited with the results of how they feel and how they look and the changes in behavior they have for themselves and their children. Seeing people get excited about knowing they are going to live a more healthy life.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Many people ask me "really, that is not healthy??" There are many people who see a package of food and assume by what it is saying about what is healthy, is. The food industry is very clever in getting the consumer to buy foods, believing they are "healthy", by writing misleading things on their products. The public needs to be more educated and, that is where I come in and give them the answers.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have many favorite stories. Most of them are when people see and feel the results of changing very simple things in their diet. Even from one or two ingredients. Seeing the changes in children and their behavior, is incredible. Watching people feel more confident and excited about cooking and seeing the results of not only the great taste the achieve, but, how they look. Seeing work productivity change is always wonderful too. Seeing people that once had eating disorders and now, don't have a fear connected with food. So many great stories.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After experiencing emotional and health issues while I was very young, I started doing research and found that certain foods was the root cause to most of my problems, including the emotional. I continued to research by watching children and their behavior, while eating certain types of foods and not enough of other types of foods. I have dedicated myself to educating people on how food can affect your life in so many ways.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Depending what service they want from me, the price will vary. Some people just want a consultation, including going over the foods that are in their kitchen. Some people what that, plus taking them to the market. Some people what all the above plus, teaching them how to prepare foods and create meals. So, price structure changes depending on what they want. It can be a package or, an hourly rate.
