- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes it can be a little intimidating starting a new health journey and for some, you might not be sure if you're ready to fully commit. To help ease the transition, I generally start a new client on a one week trial of what could be their future healthy active lifestyle. For $49 you will get the following: * Wellness profile / Review Goals * Body Fat Test and Print Out * 1-week Herbalife Nutrition Trial Pack (includes 6 breakfast shakes & 6 energizing teas) * 3 Fitness Classes (includes class, pre and post workout drinks) * Meal planning / Shopping List * Access to Online Morning Mastery & Fitness Group * 1-week of my Coaching Should you decide to move forward beyond the trial, you will have the option to continue with your nutrition program for 30 days (about $3-$8/day) In addition to your 30-day Herbalife nutrition program, you'll continue to receive: * My coaching * Online support community with daily workouts, nutrition tips & motivation * Follow up body fat test and print out * Access to group fitness classes * Option to join our Loyalty Program to earn awesome gifts * Future option to join our Preferred Member Club where you'll have an opportunity to earn a discount on your nutrition program
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're local, we will meet at my nutrition and fitness center, FitLife Nutrition, for your wellness profile and body fat testing. We will review your goals and health numbers together. If we can't meet in person, we can always schedule time to review everything by phone. After deciding which nutrition program works best for your goals, budget and lifestyle, we'll plug you into our local and online community where you'll get daily support, accountability and motivation. We will also set up a schedule for in-person support to track your progress.
