- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know that I'm pretty flexible and I can generally work within most budgets. Adjustments can be made, and the more information that can be shared/discussed beforehand, the more accurate a quote can be provided. I am often able to create discounts since I have the flexibility to work alone or hire a crew in the event time is a factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect, have a conversation about their goals and set about a plan to make it all happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of field experience working for myself and others as well as a large technical knowledge base regarding paints and their proper application.
