- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $50/ per hour. I'm happy to negotiate a flat fee for budgets over $10,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I like to have untitled conversation to really understand the scope of the project and determine with the client if I am the right fit for their needs. Next, a contract will be sent to the client for signature and deposit. Once the contract is countersigned, I start developing a deck that outlines all components of the event including inspiration boards, decor, activities, entertainment options, and furnishings. Each deck is customized to the scope of the project. Once the deck has been approved by client, I move forward with production and setup weekly calls with the client to keep them updated on status.
