Carly’s food is amazing! She makes greens delicious and her pasta and fish dishes are among my favorites. She also promptly responds and is reliable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for help with weekly meal prep or a personal chef.

Carly is a fantastic chef! She makes the best menus for dinner parties with a great combination of delicious foods. She cooks a fantastic mix of hearty, healthy salads, perfectly cooked meats and of course amazing pastas. Highly recommend.

I've had the pleasure of enjoying Carly's culinary skills on multiple occasions and every time is better than the last. Carly has a knack for cooking up creative dishes that not only please the taste buds but have superb presentation. While some chef's can overwhelm you in an attempt to make a splash, Carly's technique often includes subtle changes such as a different seasoning, alternative cooking method, or complimentary addition that provide a unique (and tasty!) experience.
In addition to hitting a high mark on the food and presentation, Carly is extremely professional. Cooking is clearly a passion and not a job for her which is a part of the overall experience for customers. Whether it is a small group or a large one, Carly can handle any and all requests while still exceeding expectations. Highly recommended!

Carly's meals are always super flavorful, healthy, and filling. She is great at coming with up with ideas from my suggestions or requests but also loves to try new recipes, which can be extremely helpful. Not only is her cooking great, but she's extremely responsive and reliable. Whether it's for a dinner party, event, or just weekly meals at home, she always knocks it out of the park. 10/10 would recommend!
