- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate for my services is 35/hr plus the ingredients. For larger events this price does increase, and is also dependent on the level of dishes I am preparing, the distance I am traveling, etc. I tend not to include gratuity in my pricing, just like a restaurant...because if you like my service, it is up to you to decide on an appropriate tip.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A Mother's Day Brunch for a large family. She had wanted it to feel like a hotel brunch and that is just what I did!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be shy! Ask away. I am very flexible, and if I can't do it, I can't. But if I can....I will!
