- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading book son the history and the modernization of sushi, and the new things japan and the close regions are doing with their fish and practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i love making people happy and in my opinion food is one of if not the best way to make people happy. feeding them something that can take them back to a pont in time in their life or even just bringing up memories of a first date or first time trying something that's what i live for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
mostly party with several people teaching and helping them execute their own rolls, and dishes. private parties as well those are my favorite. the more intamte the gather usally the more you can teach and the more the people get to practice.
