- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to get to know my clients is to talk to them either on the phone or face to face. I like to hear about what they love to eat and what they absolutely will not eat. I like to find out what the special occasion means to them and exactly how they want the event to unfold. After that I discuss the budget with the clients and put together a comprehensive menu I believe they would like. Then I go through the whole process with them and tell them exactly what they are getting for their price. I want my clients to feel comfortable, taken care of, and most of all excited for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professionally trained chef and graduated top of my class with a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Glendale Community College Comprehensive Culinary Arts Program in 20010
