About Positive Improvements

I offer postural correction, R.O.M. extension, stretching, hypertrophy, weight loss, muscle gain, joint stability, calisthenics, and functional training.

I am located in Hollywood, California. My occupation is on protection or training. My gym is called BSC, and it is located in the East Coast.

I started on September 1994. I love exercising, because negative energy transforms into a positive outcome whether it wants to or not. I stay motivated by this principle: either live life or die while living.

Body building accomplishments are coming soon.

This young man is a phenomenal trainer, with many years of experience as a body builder and a passion for physical fitness. His knowledge of the human body is matched by his reverence and respect for it. He has a greet instinct for knowing when to push and when to let up on his clients. And his seriousness is tempered by his humor and sincerity. His attitude is inspiring, and I got great results from working with him.

Casa Wilson will get you inspired in many different ways! If you need to get in shape - he's your man. If you want to attempt to achieve "body mass" - he's definitely your man! He'll work with you professionally and help you reach what ever your goal may be. I've watched him in competitions and he is an impressive athlete. He will train you so that you will be pleased with the results. I have known him as he has developed his system of "Positive Improvements", and he takes his training with clients extremely serious. Need a change? He'll motivate you toward that! For sure!

  • FOCUS ON MY WORDS

I have time constructed skills in sales and costumer service. Almost every job that I have had was one in which I had to be a team player in order for the work performed to be its best. Additionally, I enjoy being part of something larger than me, that grows, that attempts to be better than what it was yesterday. Listening and taking the directions from my superiors and co-workers, in a professional fashion, I am able and willing to do with ease. Im able to do this because one cannot lead without following correctly. Working with people on either a micro or macro level is a process that at times can be overwhelming but never keeps me away, or from trying to make the positive connect needed for what ever the goal at hand may be. The negotiations in which I may have to introduce, lean against my relationship with the person/s in which I speak to. Body language and tonality is the key to making anyone feel comfortable. I am fully aware of this language from the training that Ive received from my Crisis Prevention Intervention training. It may not be a crisis but it is still a relationship with a person/s in which you want the best outcome to occur. In this case, it would be product care, account care and care for the client. I am very good with use of the internet. Seeking out information and guiding others through the matrix with effective navigation is a skill that I have been refining for the past 10 years. I am very proficient with all IBM compatibles. I fully understand and can use Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I always uphold a professional demeanor. Not only at work do I use patience, but in my everyday life. It is a skill that I constantly work on to improve. I am proactive and determined to be better than I was. I awake motivated because life is not for granted. And I believe that displaying this attitude, can and will transfer to those around me. From all the time spent working in security, details are something that come to me naturally. Anything that I may have missed, which I do on occasion, I make detailed notes as to not have it missed again...
