Introduction: My service works because of the various different techniques and angles that the body is trained in. My training targets every angle of the muscle so it not only looks good from every angle but its also strong in every plane of movement. What I like most about my job is being able to take someone from one level of fitness to another. Being able to witness the effect it has on their attitude and their everyday life.

Austin has a deep knowledge of the body and how it works and uses that knowledge to create fun, interesting, and highly effective exercises you won't find anywhere else. I've been training with Austin for several years now and have gained quite a bit of muscle mass while cutting the fat. He teaches you the why's of exercise and not just the how's so you know how to do your homework more effectively when you workout on your own. Along with being a super talented artist and model, he's really funny and is always cracking jokes. If you're looking for an awesome trainer who actually cares about you and your progress (and not just your pocketbook), this is your guy.

Having had Austin as my trainer was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable of the mechanics of the body and how the muscles work together. It's this knowledge that helped me feel very confident in his ability to transform my body, which he did. I started seeing the changes in the first few weeks. Our training sessions felt more like I was working out with a good friend than a personal trainer. Austin has a positive attitude and is a genuinely upbeat guy, which helps on the mornings that I really didn't feel like working out, but his big fun and outgoing personality helps to get me "pumped up" about the days workout. Austin is great at teaching you how to sculpt your body so when working out on your own you can continue with the gains you made together. He is motivating, not only by his personality, but looking at his physique you can tell he is practicing what he is preaching. I highly recommend Austin to anyone looking for a personal trainer that is fun, motivated, knowledgeable and dedicated to seeing you achieve your personal fitness goals.

I am a Physician who has a lot of knowledge of the human body. I exercised and weight trained my whole like and never needed assistance. I reached a fairly decent muscular build. When I met Austin, I thought to myself, great, just another trainer who knows how to train himself and not others. Well, I was wrong!!!,,,,what, a doctor admitting he is wrong,,,lol!! I trained with Austin for 1 year. What amazed me the most was that I never did the same workout once during the whole year. Austin does an amazing job of forming a cross training workout which works the primary muscle yet also stimulates other muscles during the same workout. In addition, he gets to know your fitness level very quickly which allows him to provide the appropriate amount of resistance set after set. By training with Austin only 8-10 times per month, I was able to put on 5+ pounds of musle. I also developed a lot of strength which allowed me to complete my first triathlon of my life. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone who wants to push themself to the next level of weight training/fitness. He is the real deal. I am getting nothing for posting this and want to reassure anyone reading this,,,training with Austin is definitely money/muscle well spent!!!!!

Austin gets results - it's as simple and straightforward as that. I met Austin one week after I had retired. I was excited about the next new phase of my life - yet, was at the same time disappointed with how I had let my body go. I was sad knowing that at the age of 54 I needed to come to grips with the reality that I was never going to be able to again obtain a strong and attractive body. The best I could do at this point in my life was to work towards a healthier cardio level and to lose some weight. So, I began three months of training with Austin. Well - I could not have been more misguided! I am absolutely delighted (and genuinely surprised) with the results Austin worked with me to accomplish. I actually have muscle definition in my arms and abs. (I can't remember when I last had visible ab muscles.) And my legs and glutes are also now on their way to becoming strong as well. (I gave up on that long ago.) Most importantly, I walked away from those 90 days with Austin with the tools, a fresh attitude and unexpected new confidence to do what it will take to enjoy these changes for many years yet to come. Austin knows how to get results no matter where you might sit on the fitness or age spectrum - and he also knows when to add a little humor along the way to help gently push you through those days you want to throw in the towel. If you are willing to put in the work - Austin will skillfully and patiently partner with you to get the job done. I am delighted he came into my life just when he did. -- Sheri

I've worked out with other trainers and Austin is the real deal. Austin knows about each and every muscle - pushing you to work muscles you've never worked. He is all about form and diet; helping his clients to get the most out of workouts. How far you go is really up to you. Austin gives each client the tools to reach their goals (even designing a program for me on the days we don't train!). I'd definitely recommend training with Austin.
