- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight loss, weight maintenance, post-rehabilitation training, clients with orthopedic conditions, special populations, general fitness. Core training, strength training, flexibility training, metabolic conditioning, balance, coordination and agility training, elements of yoga and Pilates. I am also a certified holistic nutrition/lifestyle coach as well as an FDN Practitioner. My approach is looking at all the different aspects of clients' health (digestion, sleep, stress, nutrition, detoxification, etc.) so they can achieve true health from the inside out.
