You will never see me on my phone while my client is training. I love helping people feel better about themselves through fitness. There is a great deal of personal accomplishment associated with achieving fitness goals and I feel lucky to be apart of that experience for clients.

From the first meeting with Briana, she understood my goals right away. I wanted to put on some meat, but in a feminine way. It's kind of an unusual task, and I wasn't even sure if it was possible but IT IS! For the first time in my life (and I was an athlete at one point) I have a booty. About 2 years into my training with Briana, I decided I didn't just want to be an Adonis, I also wanted to be strong and have endurance because I'm a performer. She adapted with ease. In fact, thought the three years of my training she had constantly been changing routines, styles, etc depending on what was going on with my body. She is like a sculptor and I went from looking like Screech (saved by the bell) to looking like David (female equivalent.) the switch ups never gave my body an opportunity to get too comfortable. I have basically been sore for 3 years straight. But it's so worth it. I look good, I feel good, and I have endorphins which make me a productive and happy person. That is probably the biggest shift of all. The other thing Briana is great at, which I have to mention, is motivation. Even though Briana has created an environment in which I love working out more than I ever have in my life before, I'm still not "a gym rat." Working out is still a necessary evil. Briana knows that and she has an effective way of inspiring me to get my 3 workouts/week in. I don't hate it and that is a MIRACLE. Basically, I couldn't say enough positive things about her. Add to the list that she's a great human being, honest, fair, hardworking, never looks at her phone ONCE when she's training (and I see trainers doing that all the time... Leading their clients do workouts with some unsafe habits.) literally in three and a half years of training hasn't looked at her phone ONCE, and is constantly poking me here and there to make sure the correct muscles are being activated, constantly correcting me on where my weight is distributed, squeeze at the end, don't let your knee hit the floor. She doesn't mess around. She's also smart as hell. Constantly reading about new techniques, nutrition, etc. and always keeping abreast to everything fitness related. Just call her. You'll see.

I have struggled with my weight for years. I came to Briana a while back and she was determined to help me improve my fitness and everyday lifestyle. I have always severely lacked motivation which I’m guessing is a problem with a lot of people. Ultimately it’s up to me to watch what I eat (which is my weakness) but when I would train with Briana she would push me way beyond what I thought I was capable of. She knew what buttons to push to get me to get off my butt. She has a strong authority that deserves respect and made me not want to let her down which very cleverly was more about me not letting myself down. She is very inspiring and knows her stuff. If you think you know the right way to do an exercise. You probably don’t. She will kick you of bad form habits. She broke down my workouts to make them perfect for me. She knew what I was capable of more than I did. I have taken the things I have learned from her and improved my life considerably. I look at every physical activity I do differently now. It may seem simple but if you never have someone tell you can do it and push you harder and harder you almost feel like you can’t. I now know proper form and know that I can push myself to a whole new level. Briana is not just some trainer that gives you a set workout. She assess you and creates an intense program that will make you look and feel amazing and get you to where you want to be.

I hired Briana to train me because I was about to film a role for a show. I would be showing my body in a bra and underwear so I wanted to look as good as possible. I have worked out my entire life and was skeptical about trainers and the results they could produce but decided to give it a shot. I am so happy I did!!!! When I came to her she asked me if I wanted to target any areas. I said my abs, butt and shoulders. After 8 weeks of intense training and a strict eating regimen that she provided I was not only ready to film but was in the best shape of my life!!! My body transformed! For the first I loved my body and what it looked like. In all the years of training myself I could never accomplish what Briana did for me. My arms were sculpted, my abs were visable and people constantly commented on how great I looked. I have to say my skinny jeans were a little tighter in the butt area as well. She put a little junk in this trunk. Working out sucks and becomes such a chore but with Briana I had fun everytime. It was wonderful to show up and not think about what exercise I needed to do next. It allowed me to be fully present and ready for whatever challenge she presented. I've seen a lot of trainers training people and it always seemed like they would make their clients do that same thing every time. I never did the same routine twice. She changed it up which allowed me to never get bored. She was also amazing at pushing me farther than I ever thought I could go. One of the best motivators I have ever had! If you decided to hire Briana as your trainer you will never ever want to let her go because she really helps you become the best you!!

Have been going to Briana for training for a couple years now, love her!! She's super knowledgeable about fitness, great at putting together programs and motivating. Highly, highly recommend!!

I've been training with Briana for over a year now, and it's made a huge difference, which has been noticed by all my family and friends. I'm not only stronger and leaner but also better educated about how my body works. Briana is a very attentive trainer, always watching you, coaching and encouraging you, making sure you're doing things correctly. I like that she mixes it up so workouts are never boring or repetitive. All the helpful nutrition information she has provided has transformed my diet. Briana is a also very smart and curious, always keeping up with the latest training techniques. I highly recommend her!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm constantly reading and practicing new forms of fitness. I am also pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. Part of my curriculum is 1 year of Biology, 1 year of Chemistry, 1 year of Physics, Anatomy & Physiology, in addition to classes like Biomechanics and Anatomical Kinesiology. I have taken almost all of my required classes with the exception of Chemistry.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Ask your potential personal trainer what the last 3 books/articles they have read regarding health, fitness, strength & conditioning etc were. If they can't answer you, look elsewhere.
