- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing on interest for service, there is a comprehensive intake form to be filled and sent back prior to first consultation. First consultation is around 1.5 hr long and client will receive first notes to address and a couple of days later I send a full set of recommendations. Follow-ups are then set every 2 to 4 weeks.
