Nick was very enthusiastic about my sessions and was very knowledgable. I personally liked the education I received. Working multiple muscle groups @ once to get the most out of each workout. Thank you Nick for everything. Good luck. Make them sweat.

Nicholas has helped me to look at a gym in a very different way. I know now how to use the equipment the right way and getting max results without hurting myself. His enthusiasm and positive attitude makes you go all the way!! I highly recommend him as a trainer who cares!!

I was impressed immediately with the level of excitement and dedication Nick expressed to me as a new client. He wanted my success almost as much as I did. His customized workouts, passion and knowledge not only on a "physical" level but also helping in overall stresses of mind and body to improve overall fitness. I left CA too soon and working with NRG is one of the biggest things I miss/NEED most. Not to mention, the price and flexibiilty he offers his clients is unprecedented (esp in LA). He could be making 3-4x more for his services. I would recommend him to anyone (and I have!). I hope we can work together again, Nick! You reallly took Personal Training to a new level on my scale.! I hope you can be replaced in TN, but I doubt it :-(

I have had many personal trainers in my lifetime, and none have come close to the knowledge level and ability of Nicholas Geiger. Besides his infectious energy and always super positive manner, he knows more about the human body than most trained medical professionals! He motivates me to work out as if I am 30 years younger, and because of his expertise, I have lost 3 pants sizes!! I give him my unqualified endorsement.

A. Try a lot of trainers ! Any good trainer will be happy to give you a free trail session. Whatever you do, DO NOT go straight to a huge gym chain and buy an expensive training package. They come with hidden contracts and lies !!
A. When your looking to hire a fitness coach it is a good idea to ask them a few good direct anatomical questions that pertain to your past injuries or conditions. If they cannot provide you with scientifically logical insight using the correct terminology and anatomy, they may not have the education level of an NRGFitness Trainer.
A. I teach my clients information about how the human body functions as a whole. This enables clients to maintain their fitness levels beyond my training.
A. I get to help people achieve what they thought they would never be able to do. To see someone undergo that kind of transformation is magnificent.
A. People often ask me "Is this GOOD for me ?" and I tell them that "GOOD" is often relative to your specific circumstances. If you eat candy all day everyday then at least white bread is a move in the right direction.
