Introduction: A healthier body is a happier life. Even more than I love working out, I love helping people achieve their own fitness goals. I have a nationally recognized personal training certification through National Strength and Conditioning Association, and I am kettlebell and pre- and post-natal certified as well. I also have a rehabilitative background that I utilize in working with clients who have sustained all types of injuries. I have worked with clients aged 16 to 75, including men in need of a killer workout, pregnant women trying to stay healthy, brides and grooms to-be, injured populations who want to decrease pain and increase functionality, and everyone in between trying to tone up or lose weight. I love a challenge, including helping my clients overcome theirs. I enjoy using my skills to tailor workout programs specifically to what you need in order to help you get the best results. I will teach you how to burn fat more efficiently, tweak your diet and eat cleaner, become aware of your postural issues in order to stay pain free, and just help you feel better all around. I am a firm believer in the fact that the connection between our bodies and our minds is inseparable, and my goal is to help address all physiological and psychological obstacles standing in the way of your success. The difference between myself and other trainers is that in addition to my breadth and depth of training knowledge, I pride myself on the level of genuine caring and rapport I have with all of my clients.
