- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years of numerous injuries it was time to do something to protect my body. As I learned how training can not only protect your body from injuries, recover from injuries, give you an increase metabolism, you end up looking pretty darn good! I want to share what I now know with others and help them change to become the best you!
