- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Session prices get cheaper when purchased together. This is done to encourage long term planning. If I know I'll be seeing you ten times in the next 30 days I can be more confident in guaranteeing your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I attend workshops frequently and am constantly seeking new certification. The fitness world is a constantly changing creature, and it's my job to stay abreast of that change.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Nothing excites me more than when a client wants to know as much as possible to help themselves.
