Introduction: The Changing Room is a unique personal training gym. Located in Santa Monica Blvd. across, from the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, we have created an intimate functional training space, perfect for people who are not into working out in crowded environments, and who appreciate the importance of focused attention from their trainer. The owner, John Dunlea, is a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer, and brings with him years of training experience. A challenging, supportive and inspired training is what we specialize in.

For many years i try different Gym Clubs in different countries and everytime my interest start fading a few months later. Then i met John Dunlea and The Changing Room. In this case the name of the place really means the purpose of the business. The Changing Room changed my view of fitness, my attitude when it comes to discipline and commitment and most important the way i realize that with a hard work and the right trainer you can accomplish anything you want and you can transform your body. Open the door of The Changing Room was the best thing i ever did for my mental and physical health.

We devise weight loss and general fitness programs for people of all ages, sporting experience and fitness levels. Decide if you like a shouter or someone who has a more measured tone in dealing with people
