My experience with Ty has been nothing short of greatness. He gives you all the tools and resources you need to achieve any goal you are trying to reach. It’s the accountability for me as well, with everyday life always getting in the way Ty makes sure you know that your health is just as important. What you put into yourself and your healthy habits will help achieve your goals in and out of the gym. Working with Ty has helped me not only get out of the plateau I was in through my weight loss journey but he also helped me understand the dynamics of how my body works. Ty helped me build the foundations I needed to put on muscle and figure out what type of exercises work for ME. Ive been working with Ty for about a year now and his training has changed my life. It made my mental health better, my physical health better, and I wake up every morning excited to meet up with our little gym community thats been cultivated through our workouts and positive and encouraging attitude that exudes any gym experience I've ever had.
