I am a party planner. I have used Alex with TapSnap for 2 clients, one of my clients has used them multiple times. They are always on time, which is hugely important for me. Their product is great, they have lots of different options so if you use them for the same group of people, it is always a fresh experience. They have media sharing and WIFI options that are really fun for a big party. The staff are really polite and friendly and they get everybody having a great time with fun photos. i highly recommend them for corporate and private parties.

We worked with Alex Gallner for a TapSnap photo booth for our awards gala event on the Queen Mary. Alex was great to work with and our attendees loved it...even though the logistics of setting up a photo booth on an old ship were not the easiest to figure out! He did a great job!

Every TapSnap Franchisee must attend an intensive training program (TSU) at the company headquarters in Vancouver. This ensures the same quality experience, no matter where you book TapSnap.
