- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to understand what the project is, after having a conversation with the client about their expectations and needs I am able to provide an estimate. Estimates typically set the tone for the shoot. We will then discuss whether the estimate will make both parties happy and modify if need be. We will then set a date and preproduction begins. Depending on the size of the job that could take 1-5 days to nail down all the moving parts(hiring assistants, hair and mua, stylist, producer, props, location, etc. When working with a first time customer, it is very important to have great customer satisfaction, because that will lead to repeat business and referrals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Photography, and have trained with some of the best advertising photographers in the country.
