Introduction: The thing I like most about this job is turning someone's dreams into reality. Events can be stressful, but don't have to be. A bride should be able to enjoy her day without worrying about did the flowers arrive or did the groomsmen have too much to drink. The last thing new parents should have to worry about on their child's 1st birthday is will the bouncy castle show up on time. I like taking those worries away, so that clients can enjoy their special moments.

T pulled my destination wedding together in about 48 hours with seemingly zero effort! I had not organized anything, from flowers to the ceremony to where any of the events were going to take place. But T flew in and before I knew it everywhere I looked details were falling into place. I truly do not know how she did it. She was magnificent, handling everything from testy family members to handing me a much needed shot of tequila before I walked down the aisle. She was at the same time everywhere at once and totally invisible. I still have no idea how things came together; all I recall is a totally relaxing and fun wedding which was just as I dreamed it would be. And I know I owe that to T's genius!!!

Ms. Keaton-Woods and I have worked together on several projects over the past decade, including theater and film productions as well as planning my destination wedding. She went above and beyond the call of duty, even going so far as to make our wedding cake. It seemed there was no task she couldn't handle. Ms. Keaton-Woods was the point person the day of the wedding, and everything went as planned. All vendors were coordinated through T beginning the day before, and she handled all of the wrap up. T had her eye on details that never would have crossed my mind. Excellent job!

T was Amazing! I could leave it at that but I'll add more to build confidence. We had a relatively conservative wedding with guests over a wide range of ages. I am also a do it my self kinda person. I believed I didn't need a day of coordinator. Honestly, I was astonished by T's work ethic and etiquette. She was probably the only bargain we had the night of our wedding. Truly impressive!

My son and his bride hired T for the day of wedding coordinator. She was absolutely the best! She made sure all our vendors were there at the right time; she made the ballroom look beautiful; she took care of getting checks and tips to our vendors; she moved things along during the evening. Most importantly she made us all relax. We knew she had everything under control. And on top of all that, she is probably one of the nicest people ever!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a background as a theatre producer and fashion production manager. I have been planning events and weddings for a little over a decade. I love being able to work with new people and introducing them to new locations in our area. Helping people celebrate milestones is the most fulfilling work I've done.
