- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I do have an "a la carte" price list, these prices are usually 20-30% discounted when the client is purchasing packages, including the custom packages they can make on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically tend to keep the client's preferred method of communication and make sure to give them the proper time and space to let them communicate what their needs are. Once that is done, I give them all the available options of packages satisfying their needs and wishes. I like to be thorough and I try hard to dot all the "i"s and cross all the "t"s
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting since I was 13 and worked in newspapers in Europe. I studied with the inimitable Bobbi Lane who thought me a lot when it comes to studio lighting and I also have a certificate from Santa Monica College.
