Introduction: I am a photojournalist and video producer. I am a former award-winning network news correspondent for both NBC News and CNN in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles covering national politics, the White House and the environment and space science. I was also a contributing editor to the Outdoor Life Network. I also hosted TimeWarner's syndicated television interview program, "Beyond the Beltway". I continue to be called on for political analysis. In addition, my landscape, scenic, adventure and wildlife photos have been and continue to be widely published, as do my written articles. My work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, McCalls, Outside, Sierra Heritage, Audubon, New Republic, Westways, VIA, most inflight magazines, notecards, calendars and many other outlets. My book on wilderness skiing was a bestseller in the genre. I also provide media consulting services to a select list of clients.
