- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary per dog size and also trained or not. and always a flat rate no matter how long the walk takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nothing really different, very same as my usual customers, they contact me for hiring, I travel to them, they let me know whatever details they need me to know and The dog and I go take a cool hike:)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service relations, I have a pet dog myself(female German Shepard) a year old, and I treat and take care of the dogs the way I would want others to look after mine.
