- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In home lesson : 1 hour : $75 45 mins: $56.25 30 mins: $40 If you are taking lesson more than once in a week we can make a deal. 24 hours cancelation preferable (No last minute cancelation). Especially when I am already on the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have our first lesson where its more of a consultation lesson. We typically talked about the candidate students' music background and my music background. What goals they wants to achieve, what kind of music they like, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been learning piano & music theory since I was 6 and had gone through some musical training with details below: Yamaha Music School: 1994 1999 ABRSM ( The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music): 1996-2007 ICOM (International College of Music): 2008-2010 Berklee college of Music: 2011-2013
