Introduction: As a bodywork and Pilates practitioner of over eighteen years, I have a passion for helping my clients achieve core balance and proper alignment. I combine manual release work with the core strengthening power of Pilates in order to facilitate the connection between body and mind.
With an extensive dance and fitness background, I've developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the human body. I leverage this knowledge to help my clients realize their goals, which may range from loosening up "stuck" spots to cultivating movement awareness in order to build strong and positive patterns in the body. I believe in creating fun workout sessions uniquely tailored to individual needs while incorporating a variety of fitness and holistic health principles.
