Introduction: I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern #70428 under the supervision of Rachel L. Barr, MFC #46985. I counsel individuals and couples on a wide range of issues including grief and bereavement, life transitions, feelings of failure and overwhelm, and the impact of stress on relationships. My approach is influenced by ideas found in Narrative Therapy. In short, people who come to see me enter a collaborative process, which identifies the contributing factors of life challenges AND makes room for the values, hopes, and intentions minimized by them.
