- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Level of severity will affect price, as will income. I do offer sliding scale to clients, but if it eventually comes out that you're a C.E.O. of a large corporation, we will adjust your rate accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to them for about 15-20 minutes on the phone, we set up an intake, and they come in. Usually they want to speak about a current problem, which we do, but we focus on the history of what got them into the office in the first place. By the second or third session we're primarily working in the present tense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I continually attend case consolations with colleagues. I also attend conferences and trainings several times per year, read anything I can get my hands on, and listen to regular podcasts.
