Tina is an amazing coach. She helped me turn things around when I had pretty much hit bottom. She's a mother who knows the need to be loved, she's an artist, an intellectual, and a bona fide troublemaker. I did a half day session with Tina and she reminded me of some simple and important ways to treat myself better. LA can be a strange experience and its easy to get jaded, lost. Tina grew up here before moving around and now she's back. I appreciate the street cred she brought back. She's also exceptionally well-read and witty, and has stories for miles that ring with the drumbeat of human nature - which makes her one of the more unique people, frankly, that you may ever meet. I can't promise your experience will be the same, but please, honor your time with her, she does this because she wants to help, and because she's damn good.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For an hourly rate I ask for. $75 the hour.. After initial visit if you feel that you would like to add sessions that's great ! I will follow up email and text as well!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyday I pursue the Blessings of the day!
