- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is once I step into a new business meeting my mission is to sit back and allow the client to take me through their inquiry and objectives. I want to soak up as much information I can, to ensure that the end product of what the client is looking for is exactly what they get. Each process may be different for each client, so I assess the situation at first hand and then put a strategic action plan together.
