FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the complexity of the project. For example, it is far more likely to shoot an on-location music video for $5000 than for $100. However, customers are free to name their price. We can work around your budget. A 50% deposit is required to hire us. The rest of the budget is due at the end of the project in order for the project's rights to be turned over to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a chat with a new client. Many clients are lost when it comes to shopping for a videographer or photographer. I try to understand the client's likes and wants in order to meet the client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with the trades, attend networking events and seminars, and continue to study. I’m an active instructor in photography and video, so I’m constantly training to keep up with the latest in the industry. I have a degree in film and digital media and I’m a teaching expert in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects.
