I am a former BBC documentary maker (Horizon, Man Alive, Newsnight) and screenwriter (Small Soldiers, Mists of Avalon, etc.) for whom Michael Legge has just edited a feature length documentary, Kiwi from 15 hours of raw footage. I cannot speak too highly of his professionalism and efficiency.
His understanding of Final Cut Pro is extraordinary and he edits swiftly and efficiently. In addition to that he has excellent creative judgement and is a pleasure to work with: nothing seems to disconcert him, he finds ingenious ways around technical problems and I would often find on returning after a break that he had solved an apparently insurmountable difficulty while I was away. I think anyone securing his services as an editolr would be extremely fortunate.

With great enthusiasm, I write this letter recommending Michael Legge as a video producer and editor. I am on the faculty at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, and prior to my current position at USC, I spent ten years as a writer and segment producer for KCBS-TV in Los Angeles.
