Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be comfortable with whom you hire. Check credentials, insurance, licenses etc. But in the end be comfortable with the person/people who will be helping take care of your job.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. When it comes to trauma cleanup services, this is not a job that anyone can do. A lot of people started up after the movie sunshine cleaning, not to say they can't do a good job - just check references where possible.
Also, go with a company that will guarantee their work.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Depending on the type of job, I think most of the above info would be a good place to start.
Ask for references, ask fora guarantee, ask for a certificate in writing upon completion. Just ask questions and see if the person you're considering hiring is patient enough to answer all your questions.
