Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most of the work we have done over the past 12 years has been for small, start up businesses (websites, corporate identities, etc.) but within the last 3 years, PowerHouse Creative has developed major projects for film studios, marketing firms, online businesses, mobile app companies, and large scale social networking sites.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. DrinkEasy - DrinkEasy is a mobile app that allows bar customers to order and pay for drinks with a smartphone as well as “sending drinks” to friends.
Hollywood Leek - Hollywood Leek is an entertainment news standard designed to make you laugh. With countless well known writers, expect big things from HL.
The Informants - The Informant family comprises of The Film Informant, The Game Informant, The TV Informant and The Spot Informant.The purpose of the sites is for visitors to be able to see the latest pieces of marketing and which companies developed each marketing piece. Marketing pieces consist of posters, trailers, websites, box art, billboards, commercials and other forms of marketing. Visitors have the ability to rate each item and comment.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Cheap isn't the way to go. If you want high quality service, the less expensive team isn't always the right team.
Make sure you are hiring the right person, not the cheapest.
Also, be sure to extensively look at their portfolio. If they do not have at least one or two items of high caliber, do not select them.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. PowerHouse Creative puts a major emphasis on customer satisfaction. When working on projects of any size or cost, we are not finished until the client is completely satisfied. We accomplish this through the use of the latest innovative web development technology, and dedication to the design and look of each product we produce.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. We are currently working on our new website as well as our client outreach to gather more clients. The current projects we are working on are large scale, but will grow over time.
