LH Decor offers event coordinating services and has a variety of packages. On-the-day coordination package includes the following: * preliminary phone consultation * bridal wish list * wedding planning checklists and helpful hints * unlimited communication via phone and email * vendor confirmations and introduction * vendor contract review * venue(s) walk through * final in-person meeting * wedding day time line creation and distribution to all vendors * (1) professional coordinator and (1) assistant for up to 10 hours of wedding day management * assisting vendor in decorating the ceremony and reception venue * placement of place cards, table numbers, menus and wedding favors (upon bride's request) * retrieving of wedding gifts and cards and placing them in agreed upon storage room at venue * coordinating rehearsal up to 2 hours The regular price for on-the-day coordination $1,350 but the special rate is now $910 Other services offered are the following: * Full Coordination * Partial Coordination * Photo and Video Services Please call today to set up a free consultation.
