Introduction: My work is very playful, bright, and borrows a creative page from the commercial and advertising work that I often do. I'm also a wedding photographer - I don't get stuck in photographic 'patterns' or 'ruts' where I end up shooting the same shots in the same sequence for every client. As a commercial, advertising and portrait photographer, I come with unique creative art direction and have a very sharp eye for using my imagination to build a scene around me based on the environment. There's no substitution for a creative mind in the photo business, and that's what you get with me. I enjoy the opportunity that each and every shoot tells a unique story that gives me a fresh approach to capturing the energy of a portrait.Having the opportunity and responsibility drives me to focus and helps energize my creative mind. Fitz was amazing to work with! He has a wonderful, easy-going personality that makes the model comfortable. Fitz gives great directions, is prompt with photos, and obviously loves his work. I have been playing music in Los Angeles for 20 years. I have had several photographers over the years...some good, some bad. But none captured the essence of our band, done with such creativity and shadowing as Fitz had. I am sure he has samples of his work of our band Suicide Jones on his website, and I know I will also be using him for my new headshots this year!!!

As an executive in the music industry, the events I produce are always chaotic and need lots of attention to detail. Fitz has become the number one photographer I ask for especially when it is a higher profile situation. When my law firm needed head shots for our new website, I called on Fitz to help us out. Fitz spent half a day with our attorneys, carefully guiding us through the process and taking excellent, professional photos of each of the firm's lawyers as well as a few group shots of the firm as a whole. He then worked with us to finish the photos with light, professional retouching work to our specification, and delivered the photos to us on time. We've received many compliments on these photos since the website launched and would highly recommend Fitz to other law firms or professional organizations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always keeping up with the latest in photographic trends - both in the technology aspects, such as new gear, new post-production software, but also in lighting techniques, portrait techniques that are trending, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of creative individuals. My sister is a senior art director who makes television commercials, my mother and my uncle have both been a painters and interior designers their entire career. My uncle was also a professional photographer back in the day, and would photograph the US Presidents.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Portrait work is my strong suit, but I'm also a very strong wedding photographer.
