Introduction: I give support to victims of abuse. I also help educate families and offer counseling and group therapy by using lived experiences. What I do is offer one-on-one talks, which allows one to become familiar. I listen, listen, and listen because it is vital that they are heard. I never judge or make them feel uncomfortable. I give compliments, encouragements, love, understanding, and respect. I help build up that torn down self-esteem. I also teach life skills, coping skills, and stress and anger management.
