FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're unfamiliar with graphic and web design services, plenty of information can be found on the internet, including what to expect from a provider. Most designers offer a free consultation - I'd say take advantage of that. Great communication is always key in any working relationship. Make sure you and your designer speak the same language, and that you have a similar esthetic and working style, this ensures a good fit.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I think it's important to understand that design isn't a one-size-fits-all proposition, but rather a process that allows a visual footprint to emerge. If you rush the end result, then you likely won't get lasting materials that remain relevant into the future, and your customers may not relate to or remember your offerings. Take your time, choose a designer that understands your business and objectives, and determine your budget (whatever the size) so that your designer can put together the best possible package for you.
