Learn the foundation of how to develop the discipline, grace and flexibility of a dancer, the strength of your core through Pilates, and the breath and focus of a Yogi. I will create a program that balances you physically, mentally and spiritually. I'll teach you how to strengthen, optimize your body, stretch and visualize in your practice. This is a 1 hour or 1 1/2 full body work, recommended 3 times a week. Results: stress reduction, improved agility, vitality, gracefulness, leaner body and maximum enjoyment of life.
