Introduction: I am passionate about helping people find their authentic movement expression through the body. I am an excellent dance coach and choreographer for helping singers, dancers and actors discover the most authentic movement for their performance pieces. I am also skilled in helping people develop body awareness, and techniques to reduce stress through movement and breath.
I am a certified Dance Meditation teacher, I have a B.A & M.A in dance from UCLA I have been teaching for many years in a community college, choreography, dance history, stress management techniques through movement and dance, yoga, jazz, modern and ballet. I have maintained a privater clientele in body awareness, back rehabilitation and dance therapy.
