I've been working out with Lisa for years and found her to be a highly effective trainer. She mixes it up and keeps routines fresh and motivating while fun at the same time. Highly recommended!!

I've only been working with Lisa for a couple of weeks but I've already seen an improvement in how my body looks and feels!! I'm just getting back into a regular work out routine and appreciate how careful she is to make sure I don't injure myself by doing too much, too fast. But she doesn't let me slack off either. It's the perfect mix for me. Plus she is a delightful, warm person to be around and her studio is awesome. Five starts, for sure!

Lisa Natale has been my personal trainer for nearly 7 years and she is an essential component of my mind-body wellness regimen. Her sessions are always thoughtfully planned mixing cardio, strength training and yoga in fun and interesting ways. In all the time we've worked together, I don't think she's ever repeated a session. I can't recommend her highly enough.

She is is truly motivating and I have never had nothing less than a great work out with Lisa. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a challenge, constant progression, as well as someone who is looking to switch up from their regular routine. She has challenged me to do things I never thought I could do, and lift weights that a year ago I quite honestly didn't think were possible. Aside from keeping me interested, she kept me safe, and watches my form to insure I don't injure myself. Simply the best!

This is the second time I train with Lisa and I can always count on her for amazing results. She strikes the perfect balance of motivation and kindness. She doesn't bark at you and always makes you feel empowered. The session flies by! She always checks in on off days and is seriously personally interested in your progress. She got my body into killer shape before the babies, and I know she can do it again post kiddos.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been an athlete and a fairly competitive one. My brother was a natural body builder and I would ask him if he would let me lift with him and his friends. I fell in love with setting a goal for myself, attaining that goal and then setting another. Over 20 years ago someone approached me at the gym I was working out at in New York, they asked if I could show them a few exercises. I did and that was the moment I realized I wanted to be a personal trainer. My intention is still the same with my clients, let's set a goal, make it happen and then another one.
