Wendy is amazing! She was my first yoga teacher, and definitely responsible for my love of yoga three years later. Wendy teaches students to keep their bodies safe through proper alignment and movement. She is truly passionate and committed to her students and her profession. She tailors her classes to the needs of her students. It is always a joy to be in Wendy's presence. She is a wonderful teacher, and I recommend her classes to everyone!

I am a total yoga newbie. For all I knew, it came in a plastic cup and you had to stir the fruit in before you ate it.
My good friend and colleague Wendy O invited me to take part in a class several years ago in, of all places, the middle of my shared living room in a flat in Frankfurt, Germany. I figured, what the hell. It was right outside my bedroom door. She was just beginning her teaching path at that time, and was so patient, gentle, and helpful with all of us participating, that when she offered a weekly class a couple of years later, I jumped at the chance. Her teaching had improved, but her spirit remained beautifully centered and full of light.
Now she has her own business, and I'm thrilled for her. I've recently taken another class with her, and she is incredible. She works within the ability level of each person individually as she leads the class through their practice. She gently but firmly brings students to achieve more than they believed they could, while still honoring where they are in their process. One leaves each session with a sense of tranquility, vitality, and accomplishment.
    I highly recommend Wendy's teaching.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Like life, yoga is a process. And it is called a 'practice' for good reason. Finding the right instructor for you and your individualized needs is key to assuring the experience is valuable. Just like our moods or energy levels change and shift from day to day, our practice is equally as malleable. And every time we come onto the mat, it is different. Our yoga practice fuels & informs our lives. It excelerates healing and balance in the body. It elicits transformation to occur; allows us space to be fully present with what is. Our yoga practice can literally be a part of us throughout an entire lifetime.
