Introduction: About 80-90% of classes you will find at yoga studios are all fast-paced and catered to those who jam pack everything into 60 minutes. True yoga classes build solid foundations of yoga philosophy, physiology, and meditation one level at a time. For those who want long lasting impact from their practice, build a steady & mindful base of yoga poses and correct alignment. Sometimes in the middle of teaching I'll see a student's torso lengthen by 2 to 3 inches. Before this the student is usually breathing with small movements in the torso, perhaps at a steady inhale and exhale. Seeing him or her melt and lengthen at the same time is like seeing someone's aura in the air - it's beautiful.

Queena is awesome, she is super friendly, her yoga instruction was incredibly clear and as a beginner I appreciated that. She was also very personable I enjoyed chatting with her after the session.

Beginner here. Queena was very nurturing and helpful when she taught the session my friends and I attended. The flow wasn't too difficult; but it was challenging enough to still feel like an enjoyable work out over all. Overall, I thought Queena was an excellent instructor and would definitely recommend her!

Queena has something for everybody. From beginner to advanced her poses do not intimidate. Their progression allows for everybody who attends her classes to partake as far as they comfortable. The beauty in it is one can return next go around an immediate see and feel the results. At the end of every session, one feels peaceful inside and out. I think of the weight loss and added flexibility as an added bonus!
