- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am traveling over a certain distance to your home/place of residence, I ask that you kindly consider adding in a reasonable cost for gas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make it a regular habit to drop by my mentors and teachers in their teacher training sessions to get mental downloads and continue to review the information I have learned. I read yoga journals, magazines and experiment with different teachers on youtube to expand my knowledge - even as a teacher, there is so much to learn!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A back injury stopped me in my athletic tracks at 29-years old. An avid student of Capoeira, Runner, Swimmer and Yogi, I found myself on the floor with no health insurance and not able to move! I realized that I was so uneducated about my own body. I was completely dependent on someone else to tell me how to heal myself! In that moment I realized that I needed to learn how to heal myself, and then share that knowledge with others who have experienced the same trauma. I completely rehabilitated myself through the healing powers of yoga, and in the course of this journey became certified to teach others through Cloud Nine.
