Introduction: I am a personal yoga instructor, and I like to incorporate pranayama breathing techniques and basic meditation into my classes.
I have recently taken an interest in Kundalini and will draw on certain kriya breathing exercises as an inspiration. I practice the yoga philosophies and belief systems in my own life, and I encourage my students to have a positive mindset that resonates with these philosophies.
I know the traditional yogic beliefs are not for everyone, and I encourage everyone to express themselves in the way that suits them best. For this reason, I translate my understanding of the yogic philosophies or mindset in a way that people can understand and relate to in today's society. I teach clients in their own homes, or if preferred, I will teach in my home.
