Introduction: I am a Hatha Yoga teacher and have been teaching personal lessons for 5 years for clients with several physical situations. I know how to create the right yoga flow for specified body types and injuries and I also really focus on the mental side of yoga. There's no point in doing a power class if you had a crazy run-around day...it's too much for your body and you'll burn out. I take moods, workloads, and everyday life into consideration when I create personalized yoga classes and treat my students with respect, love, and loyalty.
I love helping my students reach the level of yoga they are striving for - whether it's mentally, physically, or spiritually. It's an awesome way to find balance in life and I enjoy being someone who can help others get to that point.
