Raquel Jordan Yoga

Introduction: Awareness of proper alignment and mechanics are very important to me. I take time to study the anatomy of each pose, and to explain to my students the subtle movements that are to occur in order for them to reach the full expression of a pose. I have a long standing personal journey and affection in regards to yoga and spirituality. It lends to a greater depth and understanding in to what I have to offer as a teacher. I draw from a diverse set of teachings and influences, and implement these practices in my classes. Creating a holistic experience and hopefully encouraging further exploration and self study for the student. I myself am forever a student, and maintain a regular practice. The wisdom and love I am to gain, and the knowledge and love I am to share.
