Introduction: Unlike mainstream yoga classes that focus solely on asanas (yoga postures) and are geared towards the mainstream, via Yoga Therapy, we will work one-on-one incorporating various techniques (postures, meditation, nutrition, meditation, philosophy, psychology) to meet your very unique goals while taking into account your current physical, mental and emotional state.
